Hydraulic
Cylinders find their application in FLUID POWER when force requirement
is on the higher side. They are sturdier in construction as compared
to pneumatic cylinders & are preferred when jerk free motions
are required. These cylinders are available in different sizes &
shapes to suit clients applications.
Series 10 - Square construction assembled & bolting using Tie
rods.
Simple construction enables easy change of seals. Available in Bore
sizes of 40mm to 200mm & pressure upto 200 Bar. Mounting
accessories can be provided such as Flange, Pivot, Foot Brackets,
trunion etc.Cushioning possible on both ends.Different types manufactured
in this series.Double Acting - Forward & return motion by oil.Single
Acting - Forward stroke by oil & return by load exerted on the
piston rod.

SERIES 15 - These cylinders are more
compact in construction as compared to SERIES 10. The rear cover is
welded to the tube thereby avoiding the use of tie rods. Mostly Rear
Trunion mounted, this series find wide applications in construction
equipment. Space saving is achieved as inlet port is directly provided
on the TUBE.
Pressure Range - 150 Bar. |
 |
SERIES 25 - Similar to SERIES 15 in
all respects except that the inlet port is provided on the cover as
shown in the figure. Mostly Flange mounted, this series finds application
in Hydraulic Presses. Assembled using Fabrik reinforced seals.
Pressure - 250 Bar. |
| SERIES 35 - This is an improved version
of SERIES 25.Assembled by using polyurethane seals, overall length
of the cylinder is greatly reduced as these seals despite having excellent
strength are very compact. Pressure - 300 Bar. |
